We cover the Loan, Lease, Share of all type of horses and ponies, for all disciplines and activities from companions to top competition horses. We offer the original, and unique full profile database matching service, and have been effectively placing horses and ponies since 1991.  We can tailor our service to suit your needs as shown in the options below. We have an extensive database of owners and loanees with new registrations daily.

UK RATES 2008

LOANEES: £36.95 to register for up to 12 weeks matching, includes suggested loaning agreement and notes for loanees. 'Wanted Ad' on our website optional £10 for a month's coverage.

OWNERS: £36.95 to register a horse for Loan, Lease or Share. Full profile produced with no limit on number of words, matched to our database of borrowers and all new enquiries until placed.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

PHOTOGRAPHS A colour photo can be included on the profile, much appreciated by loanees. Just add £5 to the fee shown.

INTERNET OPTION Include an advertisement on our website, (max 40 words) which can be viewed worldwide, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. £10 for 2 month's coverage. We recommend you include the photo option for maximum benefit.

NEW- NEW - NEW - VIDEO EMAIL  We have invested in the latest technology, which enables loanees to receive a video clip or picture clip by email, with no downloads and no attachments.  

A video clip can last for up to 10 mins.  Video clips need to be provided in wmv format.  Please provide your edited cilp as you would like it to be viewed, in wmv format. We can also produced a specially prepared marketing video, with added words and music, plus full description of your horse/pony.  If you only want your own prepared video to be sent, then the cost is just £10, for a maximum of 10 mins.

A picture clip consists of up to 6 photos together with animated wording at £20, additional photos £5 each. The buyer only has to click to view.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Clients are accepted on the specific understanding that the following terms and conditions are binding:-

1. Clients warrant the accuracy of all information supplied, and EquiLink its proprietor and associates cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy or omissions within an advertisement.
2. EquiLink its proprietor and associates will not in any way be held responsible for any accident, injury or damage arising out of any loan, lease, share or trial.
3. Once instructions have been processed, fees are non returnable under any circumstances.
4. Although every reasonable measure will be taken no guarantee can be given that a suitable horse/pony will be offered.
5. No substitutions can be made. Data changes such as name, address, telephone number, price may be made free of charge. Changes to other advertisement details made 10 days after registration may be subject to an administration charge
6. It is the owners responsibility to declare any known vices.
7 .EquiLink recommend a veterinary inspection.
8. EquiLink recommends owners to inspect facilities being provided by their horse/pony. The suitability of the home is the owners decision.
9 .The suggested loaning agreement is provided for guidance only. If in doubt seek professional advice. We strongly recommend that all loans are covered by a written agreement.
10. EquiLink take no part in negotiating the terms of the loan. Terms are for agreement between the owner and the loanee.
11. Photographs will be returned in your S.A.E. Envelope. No responsibility can be accepted for items lost or damaged in the post.
12. IMPORTANT: Please note that entries are automatically deleted after 12 weeks. Should owners require further matching, please inform us before the date of expiry, quoting your reference number to continue on the database for a further 12 week period. Should loanees require further matching. Reduced fee of £12 for further 12 weeks. Deleted entries full price.

13.  We will call you for card payment of orders placed via the website.  Our documentation makes it clear you are placing an order. If you place an order in error and do not send an immediate email to let us know you have made an error, an administration fee of £5.50 will become due.

14. 2 1/2% surcharge for credit card payment.  No surcharge for debit cards.
