PHOTOGRAPHS A colour photo can be included on the profile, much appreciated by buyers. For maximum selling opportunity just add £5 to fees shown for either service.

NEW- NEW - NEW - VIDEO EMAIL  We have invested in the latest software, which enables buyers to receive a video clip or picture clip by email.  

A video clip can last for up to 10 mins.  Video clips need to be provided in wmv format.  Please provide your edited cilp as you would like it to be viewed, in wmv format. We can also produce a specially prepared marketing video, with added words and music, plus full description of your horse/pony/box/trailer.  If you only want your own prepared video to be sent, then the cost is just £10, for a maximum of 10 mins.

A picture clip consists of up to 6 photos together with animated wording at £20, additional photos £5 each. The buyer only has to click to view.

DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS

If more than one horse or pony are registered at the same time, please deduct £5 for the second and £10 for the third and subsequent registrations.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Clients are accepted on the specific understanding that the following terms and conditions are binding:-

1. Clients warrant the accuracy of all information supplied, and EquiLink its proprietor and associates cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy or omissions within an advertisement.
2. EquiLink reserves the right to alter copy on any entry, to comply with the requirements of current legislation.
3. Once instructions have been processed, fees are non returnable under any circumstances.
4. Our policy of 'one fee until sold' does not imply, infer or guarantee a sale.
5. No substitutions can be made. Data changes such as name, address, telephone number, price may be made free of charge. Changes to other advertisement details made 10 days after registration may be subject to an administration charge of £5.50.
6. It is the responsibility of trade entries to comply with the Business Advertisement Disclosure Order 1977 by including a 'T' or by using the word TRADE within their entry..
7 .EquiLink recommend a veterinary inspection.
8. Photographs will be returned in your S.A.E. envelope. No responsibility can be accepted for items lost or damaged in the post.
9. IMPORTANT: In order to keep our web site as up to date as possible, please inform us immediately a sale has concluded. Please note that entries are automatically deleted after 12 weeks. Should owners require further coverage, please inform us before the date of expiry, quoting your reference number to continue on the database for a further 12 week period at no further cost (Option 3).

10.  We will call you for payment of orders placed via the website. Our documentation makes it clear you are placing an order. If you place an order in error and do not send an immediate email to let us know you have made an error, an administration fee of £5.50 will become due.

11. 2 1/2% surcharge for credit card payment.  No surcharge for debit cards.
