Photographs

For maximum selling opportunity include a photograph. Much appreciated by buyers, encouraging them to travel further. A photo immediately grabs the attention and buyers are able to 'see' your horse from the comfort of their armchair. To use this service send a clear 35mm photo or email in jpg. Format. Note: We cannot use photos containing copyrights. Please contact the photographer and ask permission to use the photo for your advertisement. We will include 'Photo by kind permission of'. Enclose a S.A.E for return of your photo.

Video Email

Include a video or picture clip, much appreciated by buyers, show your horse or pony competing dressage, X/C, S/J, or a full tour of your lorry or trailer inside and out.  An amazing sales tool.

Terms and Conditions
Clients are accepted on the specific understanding that the following terms and conditions are binding:-

1. Clients warrant the accuracy of all information supplied, and EquiLink its proprietor and associates cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy or omissions.
2. EquiLink its proprietor and associates cannot be held responsible for the outcome of any purchase. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure items purchased meet their needs.
3. Once instructions have been processed, fees are non returnable under any circumstances.
4. Our policy of 'one fee until sold' does not imply, infer or guarantee a sale.
5. No substitutions can be made. Data changes such as name, address, telephone number, price may be made free of charge. Changes to other details made 10 days after registration may be subject to an administration charge
6. It is the owners responsibility to declare any known vices to prospective purchasers.
7 .EquiLink recommend a veterinary inspection.
8. Photographs will be returned in your Stamped Addressed Envelope. No responsibility can be accepted for items lost or damaged in the post.
9. IMPORTANT: Please note that entries are automatically deleted after 12 weeks. Should owners require further coverage, please inform us before the date of expiry, quoting your reference number to continue on the web site for a further 12 week period.

10. We will call you for payment of orders placed via the website. Our documentation makes it clear you are placing an order. If you inadvertently press the 'Place Order' button, please send an email immediately to cancel, otherwise there will be a minimum cancellation  fee of £5.50 to cover our costs. 

11. 2 1/2% surcharge for credit card payment.  No surcharge for debit cards.
