Photographs

For maximum selling opportunity include a photograph. Much appreciated by buyers, encouraging them to travel further. A photo immediately grabs the attention and buyers are able to 'see' your property from the comfort of their armchair. To use this service send a clear 35mm photo or email in jpg. format, the file no larger than 50K. Note: We cannot use photos containing copyright. Please contact the photographer and ask permission to use the photo for your profile. We will include 'Photo by kind permission of'. Enclose a Stamped Addressed Envelope if you require the return of your photo.

Your 'for sale' or 'wanted entry' can be viewed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, a powerful marketing aid.  Please note this is an optional service only and cannot be used as a standalone service.

 

Buyers

The system is simple, just tell us the type of property you wish to purchase, location, price and your 'wanted' details are matched to properties in your area of search and price range. We send details of all matches plus updated information for up to four months for just £9.95. Should you require further coverage you can update your entry, just inform us before the date of expiry. To help you in your selection many of our profiles include full colour photos.

Terms and Conditions

Clients are accepted on the specific understanding that the following terms and conditions are binding:-

1. Clients warrant the accuracy of all information supplied, and EquiLink its proprietor and associates cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy or omissions within a profile.
2. EquiLink its proprietor and associates cannot be held responsible for the outcome of matching. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure items purchased meet their needs.
3. Once instructions have been processed, fees are non returnable under any circumstances.
4. No substitutions can be made. Data changes such as name, address, telephone number, price may be made free of charge. Changes to other details made 10 days after registration may be subject to an administration charge
5. Prospective purchasers are advised not to view the property or land alone.
6. EquiLink its proprietor and associates take no part in negotiations.
7. Although every reasonable measure will be taken no guarantee can be given that a suitable property will be offered
8. Photographs will be returned in your stamped addressed envelope. No responsibility can be accepted for items lost or damaged in the post.
9. IMPORTANT: Please note that entries are automatically deleted after 16 or 26 depending on service. Should you require further matching, please inform us before the date of expiry, quoting your reference number continue on the database for a further period.

10. We will call you for payment of orders placed via the website. Our documentation makes it clear you are placing an order. If you inadvertently press the 'Place Order' button, please send an email immediately to cancel, otherwise there will be a cancellation fee of £5.50 to cover our costs.

11. 2 1/2% surcharge for credit card payment.  No surcharge for debit cards.
