Well established yard running 25 years with very loyal client base. A vacancy has become available for a keen rider to work as part of a team with loads of training for NVQ and BHS and competing at any level. Horses trained from breaking to Badminton and Prix St. George. 18 horses in the yard. 12 that compete. 5 day week and every other Sunday p.m. All the grooms stay for many years. 
Opportunity to make the job your own, would consider a more experienced rider who would like to event and teach. Wage to be discussed. May bring own horse.

Quality new yard for 15 horses, from hunters, show horses, eventers, with off road 5* riding. Good working knowledge of running livery yard, also able to instruct mainly adults, possibly some children. To work closely with the owner, once yard is full 2 junior staff will be taken on. Good knowledge of worming procedure, field management and clipping. Very good homeopathic pet and equine vet. Yearly bonus and accommodation if required, but not absolutely necessary to live on site. Non smoking, and no dogs or cats. Could possible take one horse.

Small yard of variety of cobs, some very green, we need a person who is flexible, reliable, and must be a confident and capable rider. Varied duties including, mucking out, grooming, hacking and schooling, to work closely with the owner. 12 to 15 hours per week

Assistant farm Manager required for large equine reproduction facility, owned and operated by reproduction vet. Candidate to be an independent worker as well as work well with and for others. A life style not a job. Physically fit to handle daily barn duties and a non smoker. Experience in the breeding field is not a must but rather a good attitude in which to learn the way the farm is run.

Private yard of 16 horses S/J and polo. Working with other staff and Head Groom in beautiful location near Lilley, on the Herts/Beds borders. with fantastic facilities and friendly working environment. Full time PAYE, 5 days per week to include every weekend (2 days off during the week) with 4 weeks paid holiday per year. Successful applicant will be expected to perform all general yard duties including mucking out, feeding, grooming etc, be hard working and have an excellent caring attitude towards the horses. The ability to ride confidently an advantage, but not necessarily essential, as great emphasis placed on attitude to work.

For County level showing yard of heavyweight hunters, Working Hunter, hacks and riding horse. To travel to shows and able to turn out to a high standard. 6 day week. Willing to work as part of a team, approx 9 to 10 other employees. No pets preferred. Car driver preferred as rural location.

5 ponies stabled at present, others living out. All yard yard work and exercising, riding out, lightweight rider maximum of 9 stone. Non smoker prefered. To be able to turn out to a high standard for S/J competition, and clip. Driving licence preferred as rural location, may supply use of car. One day off in 7. No pets.
